Are wall beds easy to use?

Yes. All of our Murphy WallBed Systems wall beds use the spring loaded mechanism. Providing the spring assembly guide is followed when you assemble your wall bed the spring based system requires little effort when opening and closing.

Is a wall bed good enough for everyday use?

Yes. The quality of your sleep will depend on your mattress, no different to your floor bed.

Do I need to remove the linen?

No. All WallBeds Australia wall beds come with a strap that not only helps secure your mattress but will also keep your bedding on the mattress when you close your bed.

How comfortable are wall beds?

Like any bed the level of comfort will depend on your mattress. At WallBeds Australia we do not sell you a mattress with your bed, YOU get to decide what type of mattress you prefer.

What does my wall bed attach too?

Depending on which Wall Bed you decide on. If you choose a Wall Bed that requires cabinetry, you then attach the cabinet to your wall stud using 3 "L" brackets. The NeXt Bed frame is attached to either your skirting board or floor.

Can I take my wall bed with me if I move?

Yes. All of our range can be disassembled and then re assembled in your new location. Providing you have not built your WallBed into your wall.

Do you freight Australia wide

Yes. Once the goods have been dispatched from our warehouse you will receive an email from WallBeds Australia with your tracking number enabling you to track the movements of your goods. Details of how to track your goods will be contained within this email.

Where possible the carrier will SMS or email notifications in relation to the movements of your goods throughout the delivery process.

Mechanism Warranty

WallBeds Australia reserves the right to grant conditional warranty on all wall bed cabinetry. WallBeds Australia will not cover any warranty claim because of misuse of the wall bed products

The NeXt Bed Mechanism comes with a 7-year manufacture warranty on manufacturer’s defects. Misuse, abuse, or damage by misapplication are not covered.

The Alpha Steel Frame has a limited lifetime warranty on the manufacturer’s defects.

The Legs, Leg connector rods, Springs and spring mechanism comes with a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturer’s defects. Misuse, abuse, or damage by misapplication are not covered.

The Beta Bed hardware kit comes with a limited lifetime warranty on manufacturer’s defects. Misuse, abuse, or damage by misapplication are not covered.

The WallBeds Australia mattress comes with 2 years manufactures warranty on manufacturers defects. Misuse, abuse, sagging or damage by misapplication are not covered.

The Customer will pay for all applicable shipping and handling charges for items replaced under General Warranty.
